On the Playback website you get the benefit of our 15 days satisfaction guarantee policy. If in the 15 days which follow the delivery date, an article (except software and Apple products) is not appropriate to you, you can carry send us a request for material return while clicking here.
No return will be accepted without prior agreement of Playback.
You will have to return us the product in his original packing accompanied by all its accessories with its number of return, a copy of the email of request for material return and a copy of the invoice.

PLAYBACK offers a warranty of minimum two years on all products present on this website* except for the magnetic heads and the loudspeakers which, them, are only 6 months warranty.
*Excluding Apple products 1 year warranty.
If you need to send us back your product for a technical problem, please use the request repair form, we will send you a return agreement number by email , please note that this process can take 48 hours.
No product will be accepted without obtaining the number of return delivered by Playback.
Except contrary indication from PLAYBACK, the return of the products will have to be made with the following address :

The products will have imperatively to be packed in an adequate packing and to be obligatorily accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice which will attest period of guarantee. We encourage you in this case to join the most explicit note which will specify the nature of the problem encountered in order to facilitate the solution of it.
The forwarding costs are the responsibility of the customer for sending the product and the load of PLAYBACK for the reforwarding with the address indicated by the customer.
