Our Site may only be used for lawful purposes. Playback specifically prohibits any use of our Site, and all users agree not to use our Site, for any of the following :
Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information or information which is not your own accurate information;
Posting of any material that defames, harasses, threatens, embarrasses, or abuses others; is racially or ethically offensive; or is obscene, abusive, hateful, pornographic, vulgar, or harmful to anyone, but especially to children;

Credit Card Secure Payment
This website allows you to pay your order directly online using the following type of cards : MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa.
You will have to provide your card number (16 digits), the expiration date as well as the security code (3 digits on the back of the card).
Your informations are encrypted and circulate in full safety using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Your bankcard informations are kept only during the processing time of the order.
After your validation of the order, it will be effective as soon as the central bank network gives us the agreement. If we don’t get the above mentioned agreement, PLAYBACK reserves itself the right to cancel the order and suspend shipping.
Your account will only be debited as your order is shipped. Of course, prior to shipping, you can cancel your order anytime. |

Returning Merchandise
Playback accepts returns of merchandise within 15 days from purchase date, of most manufacturers, subject to the following conditions and provided a Return Authorization (RA) has been issued.
All products must be returned unopened and sealed inside the original package. Opened products must be returned with the original packaging materials, including warranty cards, manuals and any other items. Failure to include all materials will result in additional charges.
Before returning any item please complete the form, and your RA# along with any instructions will be emailed back to you. Provided it shows no sign of wear or abuse, we will refund your money. The item being returned must be packed in the product box with all original packing material and paperwork and then packed in the shipping carton.
A valid RA number must be issued by Playback and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be Accepted. A completed RA form must be included in box to identify whom the return is from and the reason. Failure to include this form will result in a delay of processing your credit or exchange.
Please note that personal items such as Microphones, Ear Plugs, In-Ear Monitors, or any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or are inserted in your ear are not returnable.
